How do I earn Nourished Rewards points for placing reviews?Updated 2 months ago
Here’s how it works:
- Login and place an order: You will receive a product review request email 28 days after your order is dispatched
- Earn up to 30 Nourished Rewards points per order: By reviewing the products from your order you can earn a maximum of 30 Nourished Rewards points
- 10 points for a written review (maximum of 10 points, regardless of the number of reviews).
- 10 extra points for adding one or more photos.
- 10 extra points for adding one or more videos.
- After successfully placing your review, your Nourished Rewards points will appear in your account, usually within a few minutes.
Reviews containing inappropriate or unrelated content won't qualify for points, and any points awarded for such content may be removed from your account.
What’s the maximum number of Nourished Rewards points I can earn for a review?
You can earn up to 30 points for reviews every 14 days. If you’ve placed more than one order within a 14-day window, you’ll still be able to share feedback for each order, but you can only earn points once within that period. After earning 30 points, you’ll need to wait 14 days before earning more points for additional reviews. This only affects customers who place multiple orders within 14 days.
Why can I only earn points from reviews placed via email invitations?
To earn Nourished Rewards for reviews, your review must be placed through an email invitation. This ensures that our reviews are genuine and authentic.
I’ve placed a review but haven’t received my points—what should I do?
If you placed a review through an email invitation that we sent you and haven’t received your Nourished Rewards points, please double-check your Rewards History by logging in to your Nourished Life account and clicking the Rewards History button. If your points aren’t showing up within 2 hours, reach out to us - we're here to help.
What types of photos or videos should I include in my review?
To earn points, your photos and/or videos must be appropriate and relevant and clearly show the product you are reviewing. Inappropriate or unrelated content won't qualify for points, and any points awarded for such content may be removed from your account.
