How long is delivery in Australia? 

We offer two shipping options in Australia with Australia Post:

Parcel Post Delivery - FREE for orders over $65 AUD (and $8.95 for orders under $65 AUD). With the following targeted shipping times, plus 1-2 days for dispatch:

  • Sydney – 1-2 business days
  • East Coast main urban centers – 2-5 business days
  • South Australia – 3-5 business days
  • West Australia – 4-8 business days
  • Regional and remote areas – 6-12 business days

Express Post Parcel Delivery - targeted delivery of 1-3 business days.

  • $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD
  • $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD

Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your goodies to be lovingly packed.

Please note that shipping free and/or gift vouchers cost do not count towards the $65 threshold for free delivery.


2. Express Post Parcel Delivery - targeted delivery of 1-3 business days.

Use Aus Post delivery time calculator on this link, simply enter our post code (Brookvale 2100) and yours. Please allow our warehouse team an extra day to lovingly dispatch your order.


How much is delivery in Australia? 

Delivery is FREE for orders over $65 AUD with Australia Post 'Parcel Post' service or $8.95 for orders $65 AUD or under.

The order total qualifying for free delivery is calculated after your Reward points discount and all other discounts have been applied, and it excludes the cost of shipping and gift cards.

Australia Post 'Express Post' is $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD, and $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD. 


Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. You can then track your parcel's journey here.

If you don’t already have an Australia Post account, you might like to sign up or download the AusPost app. Both are free and allow you to use these handy tools, such as:

You can also track and receive delivery notifications on the SHOP app.

Make sure you enable the apps notification to be in the know about your order's delivery.


Can I send my order with a signature required service?

Yes, our shipping options require a signature. This means AusPost courier will try to obtain your signature, if no one’s home during delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location. If neither is safe to do so, your parcel will be held at your nearest post shop for collection within 14 days.


What can I do to have my parcel delivered without my signature?

If you don't want your parcel delivery to require a signature and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the 'Shipping' section of the checkout. This gives your courier the authority to leave your parcel where they deem safe at your address. 

You can also provide your courier instructions on where to place your parcel by ticking the 'Provide delivery instructions' tick box and typing in your instructions.

Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there is nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take it to the nearest Post Office or collection spot. If you change your mind after the order is shipped, you can always update your shipping preferences with a MyPost account, or through the Australia Post Tracking app.


Can I add a delivery instruction to my courier?

Yes, to add a delivery instruction to your courier, tick the ‘Provide delivery instructions’ tick box, at the ‘Shipping’ step of checking out. Then type your instructions.


How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to send out all orders that are placed before 12pm, the same day, and all other orders within the following working day. 

Please allow your weekend order an extra day to be dispatched.


Can I send my order to a business address?

Yes. Please include the business name in the 'company field' at checkout for a swift delivery. 


Can I send to a PO Box? 

Yes. Please include your PO Box number in the street field of your order's delivery address.


Can I send to an Aus Post parcel locker?

Yes, absolutely!

To set up your Parcel Locker with Aus Post:

  1. Sign up for a MyPost account and verify your identity. 
  2. Choose a Parcel Locker - search for an address and select ‘Parcel Locker’ as the type of location you’re looking for. Save the details as your alternative delivery address. 
  3.  When placing your order - at  the checkout, enter your Parcel Locker as your delivery address.
  4. When your parcel arrives, you’ll receive an SMS or email containing an access code to open your Parcel Locker. You’ll have 48 hours to collect it. All parcels not collected within 48 hours will be available for collection at a nearby Post Office


Can I send to an Aus Post Collection Point?

Yes, absolutely!

You can collect your parcel from one of Australia Post’s 4,700+ collection points, including a Post Office, PO Box or free 24/7 Parcel Locker. Get the AusPost app to register for a collection point.


My parcel’s delivery failed because no one was at the address, what do I do?

You can arrange a re-delivery on the 'Australia Post Tracking' app, or contact Australia Post on 13 POST (13 7678) with your parcel's tracking number to arrange a re-delivery.


Can I set up a long-standing ‘Authority to leave’ with Australia Post?

AusPost's "Safe Drop" option allows you to nominate a safe and secure place to leave your parcel, waiving the signature requirement. You can set Safe Drop as your preference for future deliveries or request it as you need it.

The best way to have parcels delivered at your convenience is to register for MyPost to use a 24/7 Parcel Locker or post office (Parcel Collect) address.
