How can I redeem my Reward Points?

We're currently upgrading your Nourished Rewards system.

While we get it ready, you’ll continue to earn reward points but redemptions will take a brief pause. Your rewards will be safe and sound and ready for you before mid-October.

Where are my Rewards, why can’t I see them?

Good news! Your Rewards are safe and sound and you'll continue to earn rewards for every $1 you spend. You won’t be able to see or redeem them until our new Nourished Rewards program launches - before Mid-October.

Did I earn Rewards with my latest order?

Yup - you’ve been rewarded for every $1 spent! You won’t be able to see or redeem your new rewards until our new Nourished Rewards program launches - before mid-October.

How will I know when I can see and spend my Rewards again?

The easiest way is to keep an eye on your email inbox over the next few weeks. Make sure you’re subscribed to our emails so that we can send you updates.

Can I earn rewards when placing a review?
