Forgot to add your promo code?

No worries—we know that’s frustrating.

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes, you can still add your promo code providing your promo code meets the terms and condition

How do I add my promo code after completing my order?

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes you will be able to use the “Edit your order” option. 

You’ll find this on:

• The “Thank you” page after completing your order checkout
• Your order confirmation email
• Viewing your order in order history

To make changes from your order history 

• select your order
• select View details  -  this will extend your page and you will now see an option to select "Order status page"   
• Select the second option as highlighted below  -   you will now be able to make your changes 

If it’s been more than 30 minutes since placing your order you will be unable to see the "Edit your order" option, please contact us and include your order number. We’ll do our best to help.
