If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes you can make changes to your order through our "edit your order" option

How to add or remove a product to my order?

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes you will be able to use the “Edit your order” option to add to your order or remove an item. 

You’ll find this on:

  • The “Thank you” page after completing your order checkout
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Viewing your order in order history



To make changes from your order history 

  • select your order
  • select View details  -  this will extend your page and you will now see an option to select "Order status page"   
  • Select the second option as highlighted below  -   you will now be able to make your changes 



 


How to swap a product on my order?

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes you will be able to use the “Edit your order” option to swap a product.

You’ll find this on:

  • The “Thank you” page after completing your order checkout
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Viewing your order in order history


If your order has been completed more than 30 minutes ago and you are unable to view the Edit your order option you're welcome to return the unwanted item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you'd like
