How do I change the address on my orderUpdated 3 days ago

I placed my order and forgot to change my delivery address.

We know that’s frustrating and can help.

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes, you can still make changes to your address.


How do I change my address?

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes you will be able to use the “Edit your order” option.   

You’ll find this on:

  • The “Thank you” page after completing your order checkout
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Viewing your order in order history


To make changes from your order history 

  • select your order
  • select View details  -  this will extend your page and you will now see an option to select "Order status page"   
  • Select the second option as highlighted below  -   you will now be able to make your changes 



If it’s been more than 30 minutes since placing your order no worries! If you've not received your dispatch notification just yet - we can change the address on your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct delivery address and we will update this for you.
