How do I track my order?Updated 3 days ago

We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier. 

You can also find your order's tracking number in the 'Order History' tab on your Nourished Life account

You can then track your parcel's journey here.

If you don’t already have an Australia Post account, you might like to sign up or download the AusPost app. Both are free and allow you to use these handy tools, such as:

• Order tracking
• Estimated delivery dates
• Request to have eligible parcels left in a safe location if you’re not home
• Redirect a parcel to a Post Office, Parcel Locker, PO Box or new street address

You can also track and receive delivery notifications if you install the SHOP app in your device.
