How do I place an order?

Once all the products you wish to purchase are in your cart, click the 'Shopping cart' icon at the top right corner of the site, and click 'Check out'.

How to checkout?

1. Once at the checkout, you can choose to either:
   • Express checkout with Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay.
   • Log in to your Flora & Fauna account to earn and redeem reward points - by clicking the 'Log In' link on the right-hand side of the Contact section.  
   • Or Place a guest order by typing your email address into the Contact field, to continue without earning or redeeming reward points
2. Continue to enter your address details, by typing your address into the 'Address' field, and selecting the correct address from the options displayed.
3. If you have selected to checkout with your Flora & Fauna account, or via a guest checkout, click 'Continue to Shipping' to select your shipping method and delivery preferences.
4. Click 'Continue to payment' to select your payment option and billing address.
5. Click 'Place order'
6. You will now see your order confirmation page, where you can tick 'Save my information for a faster checkout' on your next order

Where can I enter my discount code or gift card code?

At any stage of checking out, you can find the 'Gift card and discount code' window at the top right-hand side of the checkout page.

After entering your code, click 'Apply'

How can I change the products in my cart once I am at the checkout page?

The link back to your cart appears just below our Nourished Life logo at the top of the checkout pages.
