How to purchase a gift card / gift voucherUpdated a month ago

It's easy – head over to our ‘Gift Card’ page and open to view details. 

1. Select the gift card value you wish to purchase from $50, $100, $200 or $500 AUD options, and click ‘Send Gift Card’. 

1. A pop up window will appear where you can enter your name, and your gift card recipient's name and email address. 

1. Once you click the ‘Continue’ button you will be able to add your personal gift message that will be sent with your gift card 

1. Once done - click ‘Send Gift Card’ 

Make sure the gift card is the only product in your cart, and head to the checkout. 

Can I have the gift card email sent to me instead of someone else? 

Yes – simply tick ‘Send to myself’ at the top of the pop-up window and enter your email address 

Can I select the gift card to be sent at a later date?  

Yes – select ‘ SEND LATER’ then the date in which you want the gift card to be emailed. 

Please note that gift cards purchases are non-refundable. 

Can I order a gift card and another product on the same order? 

You can order multiple gift cards in a single order, but it’s not possible to purchase a gift card with a physical product on a single order 

I have a gift card that was purchased for me on your old site, can I still use it?
 Yes certainly! 

If you gift card has available balance on it, and has not yet expired (gift cards expire 3 years after their purchase), simply enter your gift card code, into the field at the checkout
