Placed an order and need to make a change?

Great news as long as you have placed your order within the last 30 minutes you can make changes


What changes can I make?

  • Add, remove or swap products 
  • Add a promocode if you have forgotten to include
  • Change your delivery address
  • Cancel your order
  • download invoice



How do I make these changes?

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes you will be able to use the “Edit your order” option. 

You’ll find this on:

  • The “Thank you” page after completing your order checkout
  • Your order confirmation email
  • Viewing your order in order history



To make changes from your order history 

  • select your order
  • select View details  -  this will extend your page and you will now see an option to select "Order status page"   
  • Select the second option as highlighted below  -   you will now be able to make your changes
