My promo code is not working? What should I do?

• Please check that your order meets the requirements of the discount code. Each discount code has specific conditions that must be met, to get the discount offered. For example - minimum order value.
• Double-check the spelling and numbers (taking care not to mix up the letter O, and the number 0). Copy and paste the code is a great way to make sure the spelling is correct. 
• Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code before applying it
• Please also check the expiry date. All our discount codes have an expiry date and the code will not work if you are trying to use it after the expiry date. 
• Free gift codes are only valid while stock lasts, and will show an 'invalid' error message once all the available free gifts have been purchased.
