My order has been dispatched, how can I cancel it?
You can either return it to us once it's arrived, for a full refund. You can find all the information you need to return your products in our Easy Returns article.
Or you can lodge a request to redirect your parcel back to us through Australia Post MyPost account.

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled if they haven't already been dispatched.

If your order is cancelled, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
